I Did-a

I said I didn’t wanna do jump squats tonight. But I did (tabata style with 12 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 10 rounds). And I did H.I.I.T. And it took half an hour or less to do. AND I felt great after! (physically, mentally, and emotionally.)
